It seems you do not have the Addressing and Transaction handlers deployed in the client side. You are getting an Null pointer (Which any way we need to fix to some meaningfull exception) exception is that the registration request message does not have the addressing and Coordination context headers... You can notice this by looking at the TCPMON messages... To deploy handlers in the axis client side you need to have a client-config.wsdd file in the classpath when you are running the client.. In this example you need to put the client-config.wsdd in the <Kandula-HOME>\src\samples\interop\ folder....
