[Kandula2] Temporary removing the test cases + side effects due to fixing classloader issues in tomcat

Hi all,

I've removed the integration test cases for the moment... Having initiator and participant in the same Simple axis server will brake the things as of today... But this won't be a problem when running actual scenerios, cause it's very rare to run an actual scenerio by setting up a simple axis server... Anyway this will  be fixed soon...
