this can be used to improve the response time but we still need to keep
checking periodically for participants who has not responded and retry prepare
message for them. never thought of response time when I was coding. I will make
this modification. thanks hannes-- would you like to submit a patch:)?
Thanks for clearing this up -- Georg and I will try to get that
improvement into the kandula code base at our next kandula session, but
please give us some days to figure out what and where to change. ;-)
Should be send a patch against kandula-1 or rather kandula-2 ?
In fact, we already thought about trying to add javadoc comments to the
sources (kandula_1 or kandula_2, whatever seems more future oriented).
That would flatten the learning curve and moreover be a good excercise
for us to get to know kandula interns.
