Hi, I think it is an interesting way to implement the WS-BA protocol by creating a new one. Even so, if some parts are left out in the specification and the protocol between the "decider of TX-outcome" and the coordinator should be specified it should be the minimal needed protocol. (By the way, further research should figure out if it is advisable to say that this is intitator). That is the reason, why I think, the protocol should handle exactly what is missing in the WS-BA spec: how does the external decision on the BA-instance is transmitted to coordinator.
In terms of the paper (for may be further submission on a particular conference) have a look on other ideas on the WS-BA implementation coming from other parties... Nest regards -- Dipl. Ing.
