Hi, First you have to do a maven site.. That'll generate the site in the target/docs folder transforming the docs in your xdocs folder..
If the content generated to the target/docs looks right, then copy them over to the kandula/site/1/.. You might need to carefully copy folder by folder, if not the .svn files inside the kandula/site/1/ folders will get lost... After commiting the kandula/site/1/ you need to log in to the people.apache.org.. and do an svn update in the respective location of the site.. (I can't remember the exact place off my head..
