I was able to solve the problems I have asked to you, may be some other people
will encounter with the same problems, the solutions are as follows
1- This is solved when swithc to java 1.4 from 1.5

When listing services I get the below exception

2- axis.jars are both loaded from tomcat/shared/lib and
webapps/axis/lib, and this is the cause of the problem below, when
axis.jars are removed from webapps/axis/lib proplem disappears
When viewing wsdl files I get the below exception
