Issue solved. Apparently the sources generated by wsdl2java (Axis2 1.5) differ
from those generated by 1.4 in that the method names are now transformed to
camelcase avoiding method names starting with capital letters.
Some changes to the sources and services.xml files will do the trick. Compiled
on Java 1.6u14, the 3 tests still perform correctly (at least in my m2 build
file).
