ನಾನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಹಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. 10ವರ್ಷ Primary
Teacher ಆಗಿ . ಪ್ರೌೌಢಶಾಲೆಗೆ 5ನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಪಾದಾರ್ಪಣೆ.
ನನ್ನ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿಸುವುದು ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲೂ
.ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲೂ ಬರದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡೊದು ಅವಾಚ್ಯ ಪದಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದು .ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
ಗ್ರೂಪಿಸಮ್ ಮಾಡೋದು . ವಿಷಬೀಜ ಬಿತ್ತುವುದು .
ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲೂ ಬಂಂದರೆ
ಅವರೊ0ದಿಗೆ ಸ0ಬ0ಧ ಕಟ್ಟುವುದು .
ಅವರು ಮಾಡುವ ನೀಚ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಲಿಸಿ ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನು
ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊ0ಡು ಇರಬೇಕಾ ? ಕಿರಿಯರನ್ನು ಕೂರಿಸಿಕೊ0ಡು ಗ0ಟೆಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ಕೀಳುಮಟ್ಟದ ಭಾಷೆ ಬಳಸಿ
ಸ0ಭಾಷಣೆ ಮಾಡೋದ್ದನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊ0ಡು ಇರಬೇಕಾ?
ಈ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬ0ದು 4ವರ್ಷ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪಾಠ ಮಾಡೋದು ತಪ್ಪಾ? ಸರಿಯಾದ
ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬರೋದು ತಪ್ಪಾ ? ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು ತಪ್ಪಾ?
ಮಕ್ಕಳೊ0ದಿಗೆ ಆತ್ಮೀಯವಾಗಿ ಇರುವುದು ತಪ್ಪಾ ? ಆಗದಿರುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ತೋರಿಸುವುದು
ತಪ್ಪಾ? ನನ್ನ ಪಾಡಿಗೆ ಬ0ದು ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿಕೊ0ಡು ಹೋಗುವುದು ತಪ್ಪಾ?
