ನಮ್ಮ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ೪೦ ಕ್ಕೆ ಲಿಖಿತ ೧೦ ಕ್ಕೆ ಮೌಖಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು (೫೦) ಶೇ.೩೦ಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿ, ನಂತರ ರೂ.ಮೌ. ೨೦ (೧೦+೧೦) ಸೇರಿಸಿ ೫೦ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ೯ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ೯೦+೧೦ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಶೇ.೯೦ ಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿ, ೪ ರೂ.ಮೌ. ಗಳ ೪೦ ನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ೧೦೦ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ನೀಡಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ೮ಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಮೊದಲ ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡನೇ ಸಂಕಲನಾತ್ಮಕಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
