فإخوتي الكرام ، بخصوص البنوك الهرمية فإن التعامل معها لا يجوز، لأن مبنى التعامل على أساس الغرر( وهو الجهالة المفرطة) حيث أنها غير واضحة المعالم من حيث السياسات وكيفية الاكتساب وإيضا من حيث مجال العمل والاستثمار، هذه بالإضافة على أن المال المستحق ليس في مقابل عمل واضح فأنت تقنع إنسان بالانضمام لا بأس وتأخذ على ذلك عمولة وحتى الآن لا بأس ولكن أن تأخذ عمولة على إقناع هذ الشخص لإنسان آخر بالانضمام فأين التشريع في أحقيتك أنت للعمولة وما بذلت الجهد. لقد بحثت في هذه البنوك وأستطيع القول وأنا مرتاح الضمير أنها لا تجوز فلنبرأ لديننا من معاملات ليس لها أصول في ديننا الحنيف ولنا فيه سعة. والله أعلم. أخوك محمد الشقيري ماجستير في الفقه المقارن From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Necmeddin Guney Sent: Monday, January 19, 2009 9:55 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: حكم التعامل مع البنوك الهرمية السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أخي هذا الموقع خدعة، لا تسرف وقتك وظنك بهم،(hoax) جرب إن شئت، تحيات من تركيا .... 2009/1/17 ali ....... <[email protected]> السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته.... أود السؤال عن حكم التعامل مع مثل هذه البنوك؟ وطريقة عملها بالتفصيل: 1. التسجيل مجاني. 2. عندما يصبح لديك رصيد 75$ تستطيع أن تسحبه أو أن تحركه. 3. كل شخص تقنعه بالتسجيل تأخذ عليه عمولة 1.25$. مع العلم أنه انتشرت مثل هذه البنوك انتشار النار في الهشيم. نحتاج إلى فتوى متخصصة تشمل مثل هذه الأنواع من البنوك.
