TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (TSE) Key Responsibilities To implement and support Microsoft Windows/Linux Server operating systems platforms covering: Server hardware setup Configuration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Configuration & administration of MS Exchange 2000,2003,2007 Server Configuration & administration of IBM Lotus Domino Setup of PC hardware, laptops, printers, scanners & network peripherals Deployment of PC & server-based remote access solutions Deployment of firewalls, routers & security appliances Deployment of corporate anti-virus & anti-spam solutions Deployment of Wireless networks & mobile computing devices Essential Requirements Must be recognized degree from a reputable university Min. 2 years experience in administering and troubleshooting MS Exchange 2000/2003/2007 and/or IBM Lotus Domino MS Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 Networking, Router & Firewall configuration Must be customer-oriented and professional Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills strong analytical skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Highly motivated, proactive and well organized preferably who live in South Jakarta area. 2. DATA CENTER OPERATOR (DCO) Key Responsibilities To monitor physical equipments : data center facilities including air conditioning, humidity, UPS, electricity, fire protection in data center servers and storages network devices communication links To monitor system infrastructure such as proxy, firewall, email system To provide periodically downtime/performanc e reports Essential Requirements Must be recognized degree/diploma from a reputable university majoring electrical or IT related Must be customer-oriented and professional Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills strong analytical skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Highly motivated, proactive and well organized Must be customer-oriented and professional willing to work in shift 24/7 fresh graduate are welcomed preferably who live in South Jakarta area.
