- debian/patches/01_lp278095_no_environ_access_shutdown.patch: we don't
access environ in atexit hook to workaround environ corruption
- debian/control: Remove all references to libgail, as gail is now
in gtk2
- debian/at-spi.install: Install gconf schema file
- build depend on intltool (>= 0.40.0)

* Drop check-dist.mk and target unstable.
