+ Patch by Arnaud Soyez to fix FTBFS because of invalid make syntax.

* debian/patches/01_urihandler-get_type_full.patch:
+ Use get_type_full() vmethod instead of get_type() if specified.
This makes it possible to implement GstURIHandler from bindings.
* New upstream pre-release.
