* Added debian/patches/30_svn_dynamic_libmp4v2.dpatch:
- My patch from upstream SVN to detect and load libmp4v2 dynamically.
* debian/control:
- Add gtkpod-aac as transitional package. This will remove the need for a
separate gtkpod-aac source package in multiverse.
