* Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
- Call intltool-update -p at build time to get a .pot file
libgsf (1.14.13-1) unstable; urgency=high
* New upstream release.
* This version is needed by Gnumeric 1.9.7 which has a high priority
bugfix; setting urgency accordingly.
* [debian/rules] Removed "--with-gnome" from confflags as it is no longer
a separate option for the configure script.
