* Build-dep on python-m2crypto for the euca2ools import to work (euca2ools
imports M2Crypto) when calling tools' with --help via help2man.
* Makefile: export PYTHONPATH for the whole loop of the manpages target as
it's needed for DESCR=`$$x --help ...`.
