the patch that used it

* In stock Jaunty's to KDE 4.2.2 kconf_update_bin/krdb_clearlibrarypath was in
kdebase-worksapce-libs4+5 after merge for karmic in kdebase-workspace-bin
Thus make -bin replace kdebase-workspace-libs4+5 (<< 4:4.2.2-2ubuntu1)
