[Kat-development] Fulltext email plugin

Hi,

I saw in the ChangeLog that starting release 0.6.1, there was a fulltext 
plugin for email (mentioned as experimental).

However, I can't find a way to activate this plugin. It does not appear in the 
wizard.

Is there anything special to do to activate the plugin.
