Title : Kato Plugin - Hex Editor
Description : This plugin consists of the following components
1) Editor capable of displaying the content of binary format files in
hexadecimal format (currently read only).
2) Bookmarks view which stores the location within a file of areas of
interest.
3) Eyecatcher view which highlights patterns in the editor so that they can
easily be picked out
