I did some java while I was there.  I bit my tongue and swallowed a
bit of my pride because the bill collectors won't accept high ideals
and hubris.  I bolted as soon as I had the chance.

Java has a few (very few) good qualities, however -- just like Marxism
-- as soon as you get people involved everything begins to go to crap.
 Additionally, as you increase the incidence of stupid people in the
group people you approach crap at a much higher rate (and it tends to
be piled higher and deeper).
