After I replied to David telling him that I'd added that calendar to my
Google Calendar probably more than three years ago, he suggested that I
share the URL on the list for others who may want to add it to their own
calendars.

Here's what I've found (hoping the URLs and HTML aren't corrupted en
transit).

As a standalone webpage (HTML):
http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=fiq2ks06f43b4c11sg0ferfen4%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/Chicago

As an iCal feed:
http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/fiq2ks06f43b4c11sg0ferfen4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

As an XML feed:
http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/fiq2ks06f43b4c11sg0ferfen4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic

Embed into HTML page as an iframe:
<iframe src="
http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=fiq2ks06f43b4c11sg0ferfen4%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America/Chicago";
style="border: 0" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0"
scrolling="no"></iframe>

It looks to have been originally established here by Tony Chesser-Evans in
