Hi KC PMers -

I've found these AgileKC meetings to be interesting sometimes, and
thought you might, too.

Meeting Topic: Don't Be A Jerk

Chris Leon will be presenting ideas on how to be a better servant
leader and build stronger teams and trust. As managers with technical
backgrounds, we are often tempted to do the "wrong" thing. I would
like to discuss some of these behaviors and talk about ways I've
avoided the temptations. In other words, how to be a manager of
technical people and get them to do things for you/the company without
totally offending everyone.

Chris Leon is the software development manager at Performance
Contracting Group (PCG),  a construction company based in Lenexa, KS.
Chris manages the the development, testing, and release management
aspects of the PCG IT department.
He is a certified ScrumMaster, Product Owner, and MCSD.NET certified
developer with 10 yrs. experience in software development experience,
three of those years as a manager.
Hope to see you on the 15th!
