You can save $10 on your YAPC registration if you get it done soon. Originally the early bird registration was published as being 5/1 but due to the payment processing system being down we were flexible and extended to end of day 5/14. An email was sent to everyone letting them know of this extension and an email was sent out last evening reminding everyone that the early registration was ending soon. I was not explicit enough in my wording and it has cause a lot of confusion. So here is what is happening. Saturday May 15th, 2010 at Midnight EST or Sunday May 16th, 2010 at 04:00:00 UTC the fee for YAPC will change from $90 USD to $100 USD. I hope that this resolves all concerns.
