I thought it had been fixed in kdb 0.6, you are the first person to
report the bug in ages. Does the same problem occur if you use a
serial console and only enter kdb via the serial console. That is, if
you never type anything on the keyboard while kdb is active, does the
keyboard work after typing go on the serial console?
