Thanks for your answer. 
I fully agree that we need a common kdb for 2.5, as it is currently for 2.4.
My goal was just to provide it as we needed it for our 2.5 debugging.
I just would be very happy if it can be of some help for anybody who
miss it on 2.5 ia64, or if some piece of code is of any interest for the
final version.
I will have very few time to help until end august, but if I find
some, I will try to compare our common parts.
