Hi,

I am using linux kernel 2.4.19 on an AMD ELAN(486) board, and using patches
"kdb-v4.0-2.4.19-i386-1" and "kdb-v4.0-2.4.19-common-1". The device I am running this
kernel on is
headless(only has a serial console). Although I am able to invoke kdb through the
console, or kdb
invokes itself automatically on 'panics' etc, I am not getting any command prompt, the
terminal
just seems to hang after the message "Entering kdb...blah blah".

Could anyone help me out with what could be going wrong ? Is kdb going for a toss
somewhere in
'kdb_local_arch_setup' ?

Regards,
Shantanu.
