Kup version 0.10.0

Version 0.10.0 of Kup is released.

Kup is a backup scheduler integrating with the plasma desktop with
support for versioned incremental backups using bup and for sync-type of
backup by using rsync.

This is the first release to support Qt and Plasma version 6.
