hmm, ok, I missed those. I looked in the keyboard shortcuts before opening
this bug but didn't see those binds. I was looking for 'first page' and 'last
page' since there are already 'next page' and 'previous page' bindings..

How about we take this opportunity to improve things as follows:

1) Can the /defaults/ be changed to 'Home' and 'End' to align with other
document readers?
2) Can the names for the bindings be renamed to 'First page' and 'Last page'
for simplicity, instead of the wordy and long 'Beginning of the document' and
'End of the document'?
3) Can we group the keybinds into topics, such as 'Navigation', 'Drawing',
'Files', 'Bookmarks', 'Text to speech', etc. - a tree view is already being
using in the UI, but it just has one group called 'okular'.
