 As the message at the top of the summary says, if something crashed, we need a
backtrace of it so we can figure out what's going on. Can you please check the
Crashed Process Viewer for a coredump, as detailed in
https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports
?

If there is no coredump, then this isn't a crash but something else. In that
case, we need some details to find out what's happening when the task bar
disappears.

First, does just the task bar (with the application icons) disappear or the
entire panel?

Second, we need some logs. Take a look at this page for getting some logs about
the glitch:
https://community.kde.org/Troubleshooting#Are_there_any_errors_in_the_log_files?

When you have logs, you can paste them or attach them to this report. Thanks.
