STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Hover the cursor over a tab you're not in.
OBSERVED RESULT
One of the corners of the highlight is squared (not filling the gap) instead of
filling, or being round like the other side.
EXPECTED RESULT
Both corners should be round, or filling the small gap.
