SUMMARY
When adding a global shortcut, Shift is not registered when using keypad math
operators like / or *. Trying Ctrl-Shift-/ results in "Ctrl+Num+/" and trying
without Shift gets the same combination.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a keyboard shortcut in system settings
2. Press down Ctrl, Shift and / on the numpad.
OBSERVED RESULT
It shows up as "Ctrl+Num+/"
EXPECTED RESULT
It should show up as "Ctrl+Shift+Num+/"
