I install Qt4 Config. 2. Open Qt4 Config then I choose the GUI Style to Breeze 3. Then save the settings and exit. 4. Run Kdenlive and your missing icons appears. I am running Kdenlive version 0.9.10 on a Fedora 23 Gnome 64 bit desktop. Hope these information helps.
