See attachments. Battery and wifi icons is dark on breeze dark, icon for
battery charging is oxygen. Make actions in clipper white on dark theme.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply breeze dark plasma theme
2. See battery, wifi, clipper icons in task manager
3. It's dark on dark background
Actual Results:
Dark icons on dark background
Expected Results:
White icons on drak theme.
