In default settings it is checked that Application Dashboard should search for
files and folders but it is not.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Application Dashboard
2.Start typing to search for some file or folder
3.Here you go
Actual Results:
Nothing happened. It is searching only programs and NOT files and folders.
Expected Results:
It should search for files and folders.
I have to mention that krunner on other hand search for files and folders
successfully.
