When right-clicking on desktop and clicking unlock widgets, it triggers two
notifications about "widgets unlocked"
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Lock widgets
2. Right-click on desktop and unlock widgets
Actual Results:
Two notifications are shown, sometimes on different screens. (probably the
position bug getting triggered here).
Expected Results:
One notification about unlocked widgets.
