I set up KOrganizer to sync with fruux, which is a CalDAV server. fruux uses
the same caldav server as owncloud and many others (sabredav).
Every now and then when I open KOrganizer, suddenly all my remote calendars are
gone and I need to dismiss a ton of errors related to KOrganizer not being able
to delete some resource.
Every time this happens, I need to open KOrganizer settings and 'restart' the
CalDAV account. After that, my calendars re-appear. I can't consistently
reproduce this but it happens every few days.
