SUMMARY
Brush engine only starts drawing after you move the tip. It is a problem when
marking dots and stripling, as it is very inconsistent when it activates.
I didn't have this problem to a noticeable degree when I was working with a 1
pixel size brush tip. Brush left marks almost always in that case.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select brush b) Basic-1 default size
2. Tap the canvas with minimal horizontal and vertical movement on the canvas.
OBSERVED RESULT
The taps that had no movement leave no marks on the canvas.
EXPECTED RESULT
Every tap leaves a mark behind, regardless of brush movement.
