The system updates page with dot where settings are not highlighted
Some fields/checkboxes aren't highlighted when "Highlighted Changed Settings"
is enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Enable "Highlight Changed Settings" in global menu
3. Go to "Software Updates" page
4. Change some settings from default choices
5. Apply theses settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Only some few fields and checkboxes are highlighted in yellow.
EXPECTED RESULT
All controls (fields, checkboxes, sliders, etc.) that are not the default value
should be in yellow

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.3

Qt Version: 6.8.0
