In the wacom draw tablet settings the left-handed mode not work when the pen is
maped to one screen only (in a context of two monitors workspace. In all
workspace work fine but in only one screen not work).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set left-handed mode maped to one monitor space only
OBSERVED RESULT
the pen orientation work in right-handed mode
EXPECTED RESULT
the pen orientation work in left-handed mode
