SUMMARY
In the Icons KCM under Colors & Themes in System Settings the default two
themes, Breeze and Breeze Dark, appear identical in their previews. After
changing between them I still didn't see any differnce in my icons. I couldn't
find the files providing the icon themes, but if they are so similar or perhaps
identical, there is no need for both.
