SUMMARY
When using wl_shm to create a WL_SHM_FORMAT_ABGR16161616 buffer, the alpha
component is ignored.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a wl_shm buffer with WL_SHM_FORMAT_ABGR16161616
2. Set the buffer contents with a non 0xffff alpha value
2. Attach, and commit it to a surface.
OBSERVED RESULT
The surface is fully opaque (black).
EXPECTED RESULT
The surface should be transparent.
