SUMMARY
Resizing panel is laggy and slow. Can reproduce on 2 devices, this PC and
laptop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open panel settings
2. Set the Height or Width of panel to custom
2. Resize the panel

Resizing panel is laggy and slow
EXPECTED RESULT
Resizing panel is smooth
