Clicking the Discover Icon does not load the app.
Only solution is to go to terminal and killall plasma-discover.
Then the only way to load the Discover app is by placing in the terminal:
plasma-discover --backends packagekit,fwupd,kns,snap,flatpak
This is the only way to load the Discover app. The issue is with the
plasma-discover --listbackends are not loading in the proper order. This is the
reason it must be done manually until it is fixed.
