SUMMARY
If you have a laptop with a 144hz screen you will get an option in display
settings to set your screen to 60hz. This option works fine in X11 but in
wayland however, your screen will be set to 48hz instead.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a laptop with a 144hz screen
2. choose wayland session
3. set screen to 60hz
OBSERVED RESULT
screen is set to 48hz
EXPECTED RESULT
screen should be set to 60hz
