STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Open Quick Settings: Check which buttons are under "Most Used Pages"
3. Open e.g. "Multimedia"
4. Go back to Quick Settings and wait for a few seconds
OBSERVED RESULT
After 2-3 seconds the button "Audio CD-s" appears
EXPECTED RESULT
"Audio CD-s appears immediately.
