In Chinese, but it says "not able to open the doc and read, reason-not able to

SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. the image was saved in the Krita app
2. after closing the program and try to re-open it, the images are not shown on
the image-board of the home page
3. when clicking the icon where the image appears, the system says "not able to
open the doc and read, reason-not able to open the doc"
OBSERVED RESULT
The photo (images) are not able to be opened
EXPECTED RESULT
to be able to open the images and finish the work
