I have this problem now too.
After Update to Framework 5.29 and KDE 16.12 with Choqok 1.6 Choqok ignores
special application/window settings.
My special application windows settings:
- Apply initially
- Position: 1250,70
- Size: 375,950
Monitor resolution: 1680x1050
It's only choqok, I tested also kcalc and okular, they have no problems to
respect the special windows settings
I did not have this problem before the update
