Some launchers in the icons-only task manager, that have the "show launcher
when not running" option checked, disappear after closing the window.
Examples:
- Chromium
- Pycharm (if the window is closed while a project is opened, works fine when
closing the welcome window)
After a restart/new login, the icons are shown again.
