SUMMARY
On Arch Linux with NVIDIA 570 driver, suspend works but suspend-then-hibernate
doesn't. A black screen with cursor blinking occurs. Switching TTY (usually tty
3) bring the desktop back.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run systemctl suspend-then-hibernate
2. Wake up the system
3. Black screen until switching tty

Black screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen locker comes up
