You want to be able to choose which Activities a particular panel to show on, is this correct? In a similar way to how you can e.g. pin Favorites in the Application Launcher in all activities or only some of them? I don't know much about activities to be honest, so I can't say more about this feature. (I didn't even know this wasn't already possible). It does sound like a very reasonable request though.
